About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a rapidly growing specialist in hyperscale Data Centre infrastructure, supporting the delivery of large-scale fibre optic and structured cabling installations across mission-critical environments.

Based on projects in Norway, you will lead on-site delivery teams and ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Acting as a key site representative, you will coordinate engineers, subcontractors and customer stakeholders while overseeing installation, testing, commissioning and project documentation.

Working within some of Europe's most advanced hyperscale and AI-enabled Data Centres, you will play a key role in delivering high-density fibre infrastructure supporting cloud computing, GPU clusters and next-generation digital infrastructure.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced structured cabling professional with strong technical knowledge, proven site leadership experience and the ability to successfully deliver complex Data Centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of structured cabling and fibre optic installations across hyperscale Data Centre environments.
  • Take ownership of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to required quality standards.
  • Supervise installation engineers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate daily workloads, resources and project priorities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers and customer representatives.
  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support commissioning, project close-out and successful handover.
  • Ensure project milestones and customer expectations are achieved.

Technical Delivery

  • Coordinate structured copper and fibre optic cabling installations.
  • Oversee fibre splicing, termination, testing and certification activities.
  • Support single-mode and multi-mode fibre network deployments.
  • Interpret connectivity drawings, cable schedules and patching documentation.
  • Ensure installations comply with customer specifications, industry standards and project requirements.
  • Review and validate OTDR, ILM and testing documentation.
  • Support high-density connectivity deployments within hyperscale and AI environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical and installation issues.
  • Ensure defects and non-conformances are identified and resolved promptly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
