The Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver the next generation of supplier resilience capabilities across a large, complex and highly regulated organisation.
The role will focus on two strategic priorities:
- Enhancing the existing resilience supplier assurance and joint testing capabilities to ensure their scalability, improve automation and drive meaningful insight into the resilience of critical third parties and their wider dependency ecosystems.
- Embedding resilience-by-design principles into the sourcing and supplier lifecycle, ensuring resilience considerations influence key commercial and risk decisions from the earliest stages of supplier engagement.
Experience & Skills Required
- Strong experience in operational resilience, third-party risk management, outsourcing or supplier assurance within a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
- Proven ability to design and implement risk-based assurance, testing or resilience frameworks that assess real-world resilience outcomes and capabilities.
- Experience developing and delivering supplier resilience testing programmes, including scenario-based exercises, service recovery validation and disruption testing.
- Strong understanding of supplier dependencies, supply chains, subcontractor ecosystems and nth-party risk.
- Experience applying threat-led approaches to resilience assessment, testing and assurance activities.
- Ability to design scalable assurance and testing models capable of supporting large and diverse supplier populations.
- Strong understanding of supplier operating models, including outsourced services, managed services, cloud, SaaS and technology platforms.
- Experience embedding resilience requirements into sourcing, onboarding and supplier lifecycle governance processes.
- Ability to define resilience standards, decision frameworks, risk tolerances and governance mechanisms that support informed risk-based decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Procurement, Risk, Technology, Operational Resilience, Cyber Security and business teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex resilience challenges into practical solutions and executive-level reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
