Delivery Lead / High-Growth MGA / Bristol(Hybrid) / Full-Time / up to £65,000 + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a high-growth specialty insurance business dedicated to bringing technical excellence, operational agility, and structured delivery to the insurance marketplace. Operating across claims, underwriting, operations, technology, and partner networks, they are actively scaling their capability to launch new products, enhance core systems, and drive continuous operational improvement.

As they continue to expand their change portfolio, they are looking for a proactive, results-driven Delivery Lead to provide structure, governance, and pace across key business initiatives.

This role offers absolute project ownership and high visibility across senior leadership, serving as the critical link between internal operations, business stakeholders, software providers, and strategic market partners.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Change, this is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for a delivery specialist who thrives on turning strategy into tangible business outcomes. You will act as the operational engine across cross-functional change projects—managing project roadmaps, mitigating risks, driving business readiness, and ensuring seamless execution from initiation through to handover.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with claims, underwriting, technology, and external partners to ensure new systems, automated workflows, and operational capabilities deliver measurable outcomes without slowing down business momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
