The DMS Coordinator
The DMS Coordinator is responsible for monitoring deliveries through the web-based delivery management system (DMS) to ensure full compliance with the Development Consent Order (DCO) and to support the safe and efficient construction of Sizewell C (SZC).
The DMS regulates the number of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) dispatched to the SZC project and ensures all road-freight prerequisites are correctly processed.
The DMS Coordinator will work directly with Tier 1 contractors to support, advise, and enforce compliance with the Development Consent Order (DCO), administering and reporting on the Delivery Management System to uphold project standards. The role involves delivering training, leading weekly Masterclass sessions, investigating delivery discrepancies, ensuring adherence to SZC delivery rules and regulations, and maintaining accurate reporting. This position requires strong communication, compliance oversight, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
