Job Description
As a Delivery Manager at Loomera Advisory, you will own end-to-end M&A and consulting engagements. You'll embed within client teams to drive transformation, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead agile delivery pods. This role combines hands-on project management with the opportunity to shape the company’s internal methodologies and scale its AI-powered delivery model.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of live M&A engagements, managing timelines, workstreams, and deliverables while embedding deeply within client teams to earn trust.
- Lead and mentor a pod of analysts, providing clear direction and coaching to build internal capability and ensure high-standard client-facing materials.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and board-level environments, handling difficult conversations with tact while driving resolution for identified risks and conflicts.
The ideal candidate
- Has at least 4 years of M&A experience with a deep understanding of the deal lifecycle, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
- Brings over 7 years of consulting or professional services experience, demonstrating a track record of autonomous delivery and successful client relationship management.
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, possessing the curiosity to solve problems and the drive to help build a business from the ground up.
