We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives within the pensions sector. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex policy administration and operational platforms, ensuring delivery remains aligned to strategic business objectives.
Working closely with programme teams, business stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and internal technology teams, the Delivery Manager will play a key role in driving delivery excellence across the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Oversee solution and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Review and challenge delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Support programme governance and change management activities.
- Ensure solutions and delivery outcomes remain aligned with wider business strategy and transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to drive successful programme delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to programme leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale policy administration, platform implementation, or business transformation programmes within financial services.
- Strong programme and project delivery management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology delivery with strategic business goals.
- Experience working within the life, pensions, insurance, or wealth management sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and cross-functional delivery teams.
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with policy administration platforms or core business systems transformations.
- Familiarity with complex enterprise technology environments.
