What You Would Do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and project phases
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and governance reporting
  • Identifying, escalating, and managing project risks and issues to keep delivery on track
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and removing blockers that could impede team progress
  • Coaching and supporting delivery teams to improve performance and execution
  • Managing stakeholder communication and maintaining transparency on delivery status
  • Overseeing budget and resource allocation across project workstreams
  • Driving process improvement and ensuring delivery standards are maintained

What You Could Bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and programme management
  • Working knowledge of project planning, risk and issue management, and governance frameworks
  • Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects and managing stakeholder groups
  • Capability to facilitate agile ceremonies and support team coaching and performance improvement
  • Understanding of financial analysis and budget oversight in a delivery context
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with user story creation and backlog refinement in agile environments
  • Exposure to process improvement and operational execution oversight
  • Experience in resource planning and delivery coordination across complex programmes
