Delivery Manager - Platform & Infrastructure
Location: Gloucester – on-site working
Clearance: Enhanced DV Clearance is required
Salary: Up to £90,000 + full package
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of platform and infrastructure projects within a complex, highly technical environment.
You’ll take ownership of projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery, managing teams, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and technical teams to keep delivery on track and ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware and comfortable working with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and workstreams across scope, cost, schedule and quality
- Coordinate technical teams, resources and dependencies
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions and change
- Produce project plans, forecasts, reporting and governance packs
- Lead project meetings, reviews and stakeholder updates
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Support project mobilisation and continuous improvement
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to delivery teams

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Delivery or Project Management
- Experience delivering infrastructure, platform or technology projects
- Strong understanding of project governance, planning, risk and financial management
- Experience managing technical teams and multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, highly governed environments
- Confident using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or APM is desirable
- Enhanced DV Clearance is required
