Hybrid 1 day a week onsite in Oxford
£68k-£80k
12m FTC (perm opportunity also available)

SR2 is recruiting a Delivery Manager to join a leading technology organisation undergoing a major transformation of its products, platforms and services. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to work closely with engineering and product teams, driving Agile delivery, improving ways of working and ensuring complex technical projects are delivered effectively.

The Role

  • Lead delivery across multiple technical teams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and continuous improvement.
  • Own roadmap planning, resource and capacity forecasting, and quarterly delivery planning.
  • Work closely with Engineering Leads and Product Managers to align technical delivery with business priorities.
  • Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve team performance and drive predictable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering software, digital products or platforms in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Experience managing delivery across multiple engineering teams or complex technical programmes.
  • Good technical understanding of software engineering, CI/CD, DevOps and architecture environments (from a delivery perspective)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and Agile coaching skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
  • Understanding of OKRs, quarterly planning and capacity management.
