ROLE TITLE: Delivery Manager (Agile, Cloud Solutions)

LOCATION: Winchester or London – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 5 days onsite initially)

CLEARANCE: SC eligible

The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance. We are actively looking to secure a Delivery Manager to join Experis. Experis Consultancy is a global entity with a well-established team of over 1,000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients worldwide. Job Purpose / The Role:

The Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of products and services within an Agile environment, ensuring teams are built, motivated, and aligned to common delivery goals while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. The role owns delivery governance, maintains RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and acts as the key interface between technical teams and client/non-technical stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery ownership: Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of cloud/digital solutions from initiation through to go-live and handover, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
  • Agile team leadership: Build and sustain high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams; facilitate ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, refinement, retros, RAID reviews) and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • RAID & risk management: Maintain a live RAID log, proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, and escalate appropriately to protect delivery outcomes.
  • Stakeholder & client management: Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences; manage relationships with client counterparts and internal stakeholders; provide clear, concise progress and confidence reporting.
  • Commercial & financial management: Oversee project budgets, understand cost implications of delivery decisions, and work with commercial functions on contracts and third-party suppliers where applicable.
  • Planning & governance: Create and maintain delivery plans, capacity and dependency views, and governance artefacts; ensure alignment with organisational standards and any relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Continuous improvement & capability building: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coach teams in Agile/Lean practices, and support development of the next generation of delivery talent.
