Senior Agile Delivery Manager
Hybrid - 2 days on site
A well-established ecommerce retailer is hiring a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to operate across multiple teams and initiatives, setting the standard for delivery as the business matures its Product Operating Model.
This is not a squad-level facilitator role. You'll take end-to-end accountability for delivery across one or more product areas, coaching teams on Agile while owning the harder edges of project delivery: scope, timelines, budget, dependencies and reporting up to leadership. Being genuinely strong across both disciplines is central to this role. Candidates who lean too heavily on ceremony without owning outcomes, or who run projects without embedding Agile ways of working, won't be the right fit.
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end delivery across product areas, managing scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
- Coach teams in Agile practices, building accountable, high-performing teams focused on continuous improvement.
- Coordinate multiple squads, managing dependencies, priorities and quarterly planning.
- Provide clear, data-driven delivery reporting, tracking metrics such as cycle time, throughput and predictability.
- Act as a senior stakeholder across Technology and the wider business, influencing decisions and managing expectations.
- Work with Product & Technology leadership on roadmaps and improve delivery standards and ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
