Delivery Manager

Hybrid Working - 2 Days in the office
Location: Either our London, Basingstoke or Bristol office
Salary: £34,000 - £48,000

Hi, I'm Zoe Evans, Senior Delivery Manager at Hawk-Eye Innovations in the Tracking and Auto Officiating Value Stream, and we're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing technology unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the core pillars of Hawk-Eye Innovations. Since our inception in 2001, we have been a leading provider of advanced officiating and tracking tools for elite sports. Our team spearheads the creation of sophisticated optical tracking systems, managing an end-to-end remit that encompasses everything from initial camera capture to the delivery of real-time data.

You will be joining a collaborative, cross-functional Delivery Team that partners directly with Product, Software Engineering, and Operations. Unlike traditional delivery roles tied to a single silo, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of diverse initiatives across multiple squads and solution teams, helping us provide both integrated services and fully automated officiating technology to the biggest names in the global sports industry.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex problems, and helping highly skilled technical teams deliver their best work.

As a Delivery Manager, you will underpin the timing, flow, and execution coordination within our value stream. Working alongside Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Operations, you will lead multiple projects that accomplish key company objectives, whether that’s launching a new product, integrating existing offerings into new markets, or improving our core technical foundations for future success.

This isn’t a traditional, rigid project management role. We operate in a fast-paced, reactive environment where priorities can shift as new opportunities emerge. We need someone who can quickly assess impacts, manage uncertainty, and build capability in a growing business, all while ensuring our teams have the environment they need to thrive.

What You'll Work On

  • Leading project delivery across multiple tracking and automated officiating initiatives to tight deadlines.
  • Coordinating work cross-functionally across multiple engineering squads, product teams, and operational units.
  • Managing delivery roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and project planning activities.
  • Driving agile maturity and coaching best practices within the value stream to foster a continuous delivery culture.
  • Tracking and communicating timelines to the wider business, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of project status.
  • Identifying dependency collisions, delivery risks, and sequencing issues early to implement mitigation measures.
  • Utilising data to your advantage by measuring the success of outcomes and identifying areas for process optimisation.
  • Building key relationships both internally and externally to facilitate organisational change and transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to understand complex systems in order to anticipate, surface, and mitigate emerging issues ahead of time.
  • Comfort in a reactive, fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly assess impacts and propose informed paths forward.
  • A data-driven mindset, utilising metrics to offer process improvements or measure the success of outcomes.
  • Experience managing uncertainty and spotting/building team capability within a growing business.
