What You Would Do
- Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and clear handoffs between teams
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to improve delivery performance
- Managing end-to-end project timelines, milestones and reporting to leadership
- Identifying and removing blockers that could slow progress or impact delivery outcomes
- Overseeing risk, issue and budget management to keep programmes within scope and governance
- Collaborating with stakeholders across functions to maintain clear communication and set realistic expectations
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and driving execution of operational enhancements
- Resource planning and allocation to balance team capacity against delivery demand

What You Could Bring
Required:
- 3+ years' experience in project or programme delivery, with proven track record in end-to-end delivery coordination
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels and functions
- Experience in risk, issue and budget oversight within delivery or operational contexts
- Proficiency in project planning, timeline management and delivery reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive execution of enhancements
Nice-to-have experience:
- Multi-workstream or programme-level coordination
- Financial analysis and reporting in a project or operational context
- User story creation and backlog refinement in product delivery
- Team coaching and delivery performance improvement methodologies
