What You Would Do

  • Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and clear handoffs between teams
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to improve delivery performance
  • Managing end-to-end project timelines, milestones and reporting to leadership
  • Identifying and removing blockers that could slow progress or impact delivery outcomes
  • Overseeing risk, issue and budget management to keep programmes within scope and governance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across functions to maintain clear communication and set realistic expectations
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and driving execution of operational enhancements
  • Resource planning and allocation to balance team capacity against delivery demand

What You Could Bring

Required:

  • 3+ years' experience in project or programme delivery, with proven track record in end-to-end delivery coordination
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels and functions
  • Experience in risk, issue and budget oversight within delivery or operational contexts
  • Proficiency in project planning, timeline management and delivery reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive execution of enhancements

Nice-to-have experience:

  • Multi-workstream or programme-level coordination
  • Financial analysis and reporting in a project or operational context
  • User story creation and backlog refinement in product delivery
  • Team coaching and delivery performance improvement methodologies
