Who we are

We’re IAG Loyalty - one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each operates with its own goals, strategy and team, yet we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences. Our Loyalty division is the home of Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services. At the centre of our transformational journey is technology.

The opportunity ✨

We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Office within Tech, Data & AI, with the mission of leading the successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives that drive measurable value for our customers and partners.

You’ll lead projects across a diverse portfolio, collaborating with teams spanning Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Customer Operations. Together, your work shapes the future of Avios, delivering initiatives that revolve around improving customer experiences and unlocking new capabilities across our loyalty ecosystem—balancing strategic delivery for millions of members worldwide.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in structuring complexity, fostering trusted stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Expect occasional travel to our Spain offices as part of the role.

What you’ll be doing 🚀

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Take ownership of end-to-end technology and business change initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop delivery plans, coordinate activities, and evaluate dependencies to optimise execution.
  • Actively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and barriers across project lifecycles.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Product Managers, Engineering teams, Business Analysts, and third-party suppliers.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and provide clear, structured communication to align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies to achieve business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Contribute to refining delivery practices, embracing emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Introduce AI-enabled solutions and methods when appropriate to elevate project outcomes.

What we need from you ⚡

You’ll excel at working collaboratively in dynamic environments, driven by delivering results. We’re searching for someone with:

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects from initiation to implementation.
  • Strong track record in managing multiple concurrent projects while addressing competing priorities.
  • Skilled in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management—ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Ability to earn stakeholder trust across technical and functional teams.
  • Experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions within projects.
  • former exposure through cross-functional collaborations and third-party supplier engagements.
  • Strong organisational skills to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Experience across Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
  • Fluent business-level English and professional Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in travel, loyalty, or digital product industries.
  • Familiarity with, or exposure to AI initiatives.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or SAFe).

Warning: This isn’t the right role for you if… ❌ You prefer a confined task list with minimal handoff expectations (we thrive on cross-functional collaboration). ❌ You prioritise perfection over continuous progress and iteration. ❌ You expect to delegate projects once they’re defined (our role demands end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment).

We encourage applications from everyone—great talent comes in many forms. If you’ve made it this far while missing a few requirements, we’d still love to hear from you.
