Are you a Delivery Manager with active SC Clearance looking to lead high-profile technology transformation programmes within the Defence and National Security sector?

Join a leading technology consultancy delivering some of the UK's most complex digital transformation programmes. You'll work with senior client stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and help deliver solutions that support critical national capabilities.

This role offers significant autonomy, varied programme work and excellent long-term career development within a growing consulting practice.

Please note: Applicants must already hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance. Candidates holding Developed Vetting (DV) clearance will also receive an additional DV bonus.

The Role

You'll lead the successful delivery of complex programmes across technology, engineering and organisational transformation. Working closely with clients and internal delivery teams, you'll ensure programmes are delivered successfully while maintaining strong governance, commercial oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale technology and transformation programmes
  • Manage programme delivery, governance and financial performance
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders across Defence and National Security
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex technical projects
  • Manage programme risks, dependencies and strategic planning activities
  • Support business growth through client relationship development
  • Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading complex technology or digital transformation programmes
  • Strong programme management and governance expertise
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within Defence, Government or highly regulated sectors
  • Commercial awareness and leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams
  • Active SC Clearance is essential
