Role Outline (JOB6764)

Are you a dynamic Delivery Manager ready to make a real impact in the world of health tech? We're on the lookout for a skilled leader to drive platform improvements, technical enhancements, and product releases across our cutting-edge health systems. If you're passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, evolving environment, we want to hear from you!

At the heart of health technology innovation, you'll lead mission-critical initiatives, ensuring our platforms deliver high-quality outcomes that make a tangible difference. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming business priorities into actionable delivery plans, all while navigating complex challenges and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and governance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring technical initiatives and product releases are delivered on time, to scope, and to the highest quality. Key responsibilities include:

Delivery Management

  • Lead the successful delivery of software and technical projects, ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved within timeframes and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to maintain an integrated view of demand, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, balancing long-term goals with operational needs and changing priorities.
  • Ensure delivery boards, work-tracking tools, and plans are accurate, up to date, and visible to all stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, removing blockers to maintain momentum.
  • Coordinate release-readiness activities across engineering, QA, product, and operations teams, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Team Coordination and Enablement

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and accountable team culture where everyone works towards shared goals.
  • Use data and delivery metrics to support decision-making, improve predictability, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Support and coach teams to adapt effectively to challenges and changing priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
