EMEA Delivery Team, Delivery Manager
We are recruiting for a Delivery Manager for the EMEA Delivery team to manage a portfolio of projects across the banking, public sector and TMTE areas. You will be one of 3 Delivery Managers, reporting into the EMEA SVP, Delivery, and part of the EMEA delivery leadership team.
As a Delivery Manager you will:
- Oversee a portfolio of Quantexa customers, implementation projects and teams. You will be responsible for the successful running of the portfolio which makes up a slice of the professional services business at Quantexa. As such you will be accountable for the people, culture, governance, finances, strategic direction and communication within this portfolio.
- Be a senior leader within the EMEA Delivery organisation, and as such are expected to take ownership of specific leadership objectives with the Delivery department driving growth and operational improvement e.g. leading a workstream of the Delivery Evolution programme.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision, seeking and knowing when to engage the Regional Delivery Lead for support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of Quantexa solutions across EMEA accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving customer satisfaction.
- Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, including Quantexa consultants, engineers, architects, and partner resources, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture, and ensuring their wellbeing and continued effectiveness.
- Oversee project governance, including planning, risk management, forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution, ensuring transparent communication with both customers and internal leadership.
- Drive adoption of Quantexa delivery methodologies, best practices, and quality standards to achieve consistent and scalable project outcomes.
- Ensure effective commercial management of engagements, including revenue forecasting, margin performance, change control, contract compliance, and ensure cost-effective utilisation of people and resources.
- Collaborate with GTM, Alliances, Product, and R&D teams to support account growth, identify expansion opportunities, and forecast ongoing project demand.
- Coach, mentor, and develop delivery team members, supporting talent growth, performance management, and capability development across the EMEA region.
- Support portfolio management activities, providing executive-level reporting, delivery insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Quantexa's delivery capability by sharing lessons learned, refining processes, and supporting the development of new services and offerings.

Additionally:
- This role will expect travel to client offices in EMEA as required, but not sustain.
- You will be expected to obtain the required government clearances for this role.
- Must be fluent speaking in English.
What you’ll bring.
- You have a strong background of complex IT system Program management and a track record of getting systems live and programs delivered.
- You demonstrate strong client engagement management, for example, gained via a professional services, or a client facing, environment in a technology company, and the ability to deal with senior and challenging stakeholders.
- You have the ability to inspire and lead others to a common mission and objective.
- You are able to collaborate across multiple teams to drive solutions to complex problems and challenges.
- You have ambitious standards matched with a sense of humility and overall, a desire to get the right thing done in the right way.
- You’re able to grasp complex concepts and to communicate with clarity and gravitas across a range of subjects.
- You will have a high degree of emotional intelligence, leadership, and the ability to effectively listen to employee feedback and address needs.
