Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Finance Transformation to lead complex enterprise finance technology initiatives, with a strong focus on e-Invoicing, Accounts Payable (AP) automation, ERP integration, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale finance transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party partners, and successfully implementing finance systems across global and multi-country environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, including e-Invoicing, AP automation, ERP implementations, tax compliance, and related initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Business, and Technology teams to define project scope, requirements, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and vendor deliverables.
- Coordinate integrations between ERP and finance systems and procurement, document management, archiving, tax, and e-Invoicing platforms.
- Drive project governance and oversee testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and change management activities.
- Ensure projects meet country-specific and European e-Invoicing, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, project status reporting, steering committees, and executive governance meetings.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies depending on project requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across finance operations.
- Proactively identify delivery challenges and drive effective risk mitigation and issue resolution.

Must-Have Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technology, IT delivery, or finance transformation projects.
- 5+ years of experience delivering projects involving e-Invoicing, Accounts Payable automation, ERP, or financial systems.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex system integrations involving ERP, finance, procurement, document management, or related platforms.
- 3+ years of experience leading project governance, risk management, testing, cutover, deployment, and change management activities.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional and international project teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Strong project delivery, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience delivering multi-country or European regulatory compliance and finance transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, invoice processing, and e-Invoicing standards, such as PEPPOL, UBL, and XML.
- Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and third-party implementation partners.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
- Experience with finance process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
