Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, delivery-focused professional to join our CTO function as a Delivery Manager supporting a portfolio of change across the Digital Bank and Commercial franchises. This role will lead cross-functional squads delivering both customer-facing and internal change — ranging from digital platform enhancements to AI-powered automation.
You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Risk, and Business teams to deliver initiatives safely, compliantly and at pace — in line with Shawbrook’s Change Delivery Policy (v14) and associated standards.
This is a hands-on role designed for a delivery leader who can manage hybrid change across a regulated environment — combining traditional governance with modern agile execution, and supporting the safe rollout of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and automation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Team Support & Coaching
- Foster an environment of psychological safety, collaboration and continuous improvement within squads.
- Facilitate sprint rituals and retrospectives; champion agile ways of working tailored to squad maturity.
