Delivery Manager – Data & Visualisation Transformation
We are hiring 2 Delivery Managers to support a major data and visualisation transformation within a global insurance organisation.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team delivering complex, mission-critical data products and visualisations, coordinating work across Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and QA.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery across complex data and visualisation workstreams
- Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, priorities, risks, and dependencies
- Run Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and maintain clear delivery plans
- Provide transparent progress reporting and remove delivery blockers
- Ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, stakeholder-led environment

What we’re looking for
- Proven Delivery Manager experience within data, analytics, cloud, or technology programmes
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, resourcing, and competing priorities
- Good understanding of modern data platforms and cloud delivery
- Insurance or financial-services experience is advantageous
