Who We Are
At Seer, we partner with hyper-scaling companies operating across AI (Research & Engineering), Web3, Quantum Computing and Data Centres; sourcing the talent that drives breakthrough innovation. We don’t just fill roles. We architect teams that move industries forward.
Seer plays a pivotal part in scaling startups within these industries from Pre-Seed to Series C. As of 2026, our clients have secured over $8 billion in funding.
Having successfully built a high-performing team of delivery consultants, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who can step in as Head of Delivery to play a pivotal role in the upskilling of our teams as well!
What You Will be Doing
Our delivery team is currently a team of 12, all of whom report into one of our Co-Founders who leads all of Delivery. As Head of Delivery, you will be owning a slice of the delivery function to start, taking on experienced consultants with the goal of upskilling and continuing to scale the team and market, taking on more responsibilities and additional team members when appropriate.
Starting with 4 consultants who are all performing and top biller attributes, you’d be inheriting a leading team who are also specialised in the most lucrative market we work in: AI software engineering and FDE.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in delivery/360 recruitment, ideally within software engineering or any tech market across the US (but not a must); strong track record of attracting top candidates and managing processes is essential.
- Being a leader and manager with experience upskilling and promoting multiple team members and able to discuss their management journey is key for this role.
- Experience working the US market is preferred but not essential – the willingness to do the hours is, however, a must.
- Acts as a team player and mentor on the sales floor, regardless of level or experience.
