About the Role
This opportunity is for a Delivery Manager with experience leading the delivery of bespoke software solutions within agile environments. The role focuses on ensuring multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality digital products and services that meet both user needs and client objectives, while maintaining strong governance, commercial performance, and delivery standards.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of bespoke digital services and software platforms
- Ensure projects achieve agreed user, business, and commercial outcomes
- Manage project governance, reporting, forecasting, and delivery performance
- Monitor revenue, utilisation, staffing, work-in-progress, and profitability targets
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Support project teams by removing blockers and enabling effective delivery
- Manage team onboarding, performance reviews, and development plans
- Maintain high standards of quality, security, and governance throughout project lifecycles
- Support sales, account management, and business development activities
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Delivery Manager within bespoke software delivery environments
- Experience leading multidisciplinary agile teams delivering digital products and platforms
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, commercial performance, and project reporting
- Ability to balance client expectations, delivery objectives, and commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working directly with clients
- Experience managing project governance, risks, issues, and escalations
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting account growth, business development, or pre-sales activities
