Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Havant, Reading, Perth, and Glasgow

Salary: £51,600 - £77,400 + performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent

The Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead technology delivery teams to deliver change that creates clear business value. You will work closely with product, technical, and business colleagues to turn priorities into well-managed outcomes, making sure delivery is controlled, collaborative, and focused on customer needs.

You will play a key role in helping teams deliver new or improved technology services using the most appropriate delivery approach, including agile and more structured project methods where needed.

You will

  • Lead delivery teams to deliver technology solutions that achieve agreed business outcomes, within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Build strong working relationships with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to keep work aligned and moving forward.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery blockers, taking action to keep progress on track.
  • Support the product roadmap by working closely with product and technical leads to balance business priorities, technology needs, and operational requirements.
  • Make sure new or changed services are successfully transitioned into live operation and meet business needs.

You have

  • Experience leading successful technology delivery across one or more teams, with the ability to provide direction, support, and focus.
  • Practical experience of delivery methods such as agile and structured project delivery approaches, with the judgement to choose the right approach for the work.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate clearly, and work well with people at different levels.
  • Good planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused style, with resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to work well through change.
