Job Title: Delivery Manager / PMO Lead
Role Overview
The Delivery Manager / PMO Lead is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects, programmes, and managed services by establishing strong governance, stakeholder engagement, portfolio reporting, risk management, and delivery assurance. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership while maintaining project controls and operational excellence. The position also drives PMO maturity, portfolio visibility, and adherence to delivery standards.

Experience
6 – 8 years in IT Delivery, Programme Management, PMO, Service Delivery, or Technology Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programmes.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.
- Drive delivery planning, execution, transition, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders.

PMO Governance
- Establish and maintain MO governance processes.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery dashboards.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Facilitate steering committees, governance boards, and executive reviews.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and change control processes.
Portfolio Reporting
- Maintain consolidated portfolio reporting.
- Produce executive dashboards and management reports.
- Track programme health, KPIs, milestones, and financial performance.
- Support resource forecasting and capacity planning.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with business sponsors, IT leadership, and delivery teams.
- Manage customer expectations and communication plans.
- Prepare executive presentations, decision papers, and steering updates.
- Facilitate workshops and programme reviews.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify and manage delivery risks and issues.
- Ensure mitigation and escalation plans are in place.
- Drive dependency management across projects and teams.
- Monitor programme health and delivery assurance activities.

Vendor and Resource Management
- Coordinate third-party supplier and delivery partners.
- Track vendor performance against agreed commitments.
- Support onboarding, resource utilization, and workforce planning.
- Ensure effective allocation of project and PMO resources.
