Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a key client as part of their ongoing investment in their technology estate.
The role will take responsibility for driving a number of infrastructure-focused technology projects within a complex environment. The scope is broad and includes networking, telephony and Azure-focused workstreams.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can bring together technical resources, establish strong project controls and governance, and ensure delivery is effectively planned and managed from outset through to completion.
Whilst this is not a hands-on technical position, you must be technically competent and comfortable working closely with infrastructure, engineering and architecture teams. You will need to understand the nature of the technical delivery, hold credible conversations with technical specialists and challenge where appropriate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
