Delivery Manager – Integrated Risk Manager (Retail & Wealth) VS

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Manager – Integrated Risk Manager (Retail & Wealth) VS.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Identify, agree and document measurable strategic change outcomes with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategic intent and solution delivery.
  • Define the scope, assumptions, dependencies, success criteria and delivery approach for complex initiatives spanning multiple products or value streams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to create and maintain outcome-focused delivery roadmaps covering key milestones, releases and cross-product dependencies.
  • Establish KPIs, baselines, targets and other measures to track, evidence and report on business and user benefit realisation.
  • Coordinate collaboration across business owners, Product Owners, architects, analysts and technology leads to maintain alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, blockers and cross-team dependencies, escalating with clear options, impacts and decision requirements.
  • Facilitate AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and Target Operating Model impact assessments, translating findings into improvement actions and backlog items.
  • Prepare governance reporting and maintain audit-ready delivery records, ensuring decisions, actions, controls, security requirements and operational-readiness evidence are tracked through to completion.
  • Undertake Sub Value Stream Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) responsibilities where required, providing delivery leadership across Sub Value Streams to ensure strategic alignment, execution excellence, effective governance and continuous improvement, maximising value delivery and organisational outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex change delivery across multiple products, teams or value streams.
  • Strong ability to define measurable outcomes and track benefit realisation through KPIs, baselines, targets and supporting evidence.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and workshop-facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions across business and technology teams.
  • Proven capability in managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery impediments within a regulated environment.
  • Experience of process mapping and continuous improvement, including AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and Target Operating Model assessment.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps concepts, including planning, delivery flow, continuous integration and release readiness.
  • Ability to produce clear governance reporting, evidence packs and audit-ready delivery documentation.
  • An understanding of Future State Architecture, delivery metrics, quarterly or Program Increment planning, and AI-assisted approaches to requirements, process analysis, prototyping or test-driven development would be advantageous.
