JUNA is recruiting on behalf of a digital consultancy for a Delivery Manager

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows how to keep complex work moving, bring clarity to teams and stakeholders, and stay accountable for the outcome.

As the successful Delivery Manager you would be responsible for;

• Own delivery from start to finish Take end-to-end responsibility for small to medium-sized client engagements, from initial planning through to successful delivery. You will build and manage realistic plans, make sure the right information reaches the right people, and remain accountable for the outcomes that matter to the client.
• Keep delivery on track Maintain a clear view of scope, quality, time and cost. You will identify risks and dependencies early, deal with issues before they become blockers, and adapt the delivery approach to suit the engagement rather than following a process for the sake of it.
• Build trusted client relationships Work closely with clients through honest, clear and consistent communication. That includes being comfortable having difficult conversations when needed. You will create visibility through useful reporting and make sure stakeholders understand progress, risks and decisions.
• Help teams do their best work Remove blockers, create clarity and support continuous improvement. You will facilitate retrospectives and other team sessions, helping to build an environment where people can raise concerns, challenge constructively and improve how they deliver.
• Bring different disciplines together Work across engineering, architecture, testing, product and business analysis. Your role is to create alignment, encourage collaboration and keep everyone focused on the outcome.
• Support growth Contribute to bids and proposals by bringing practical delivery insight, shaping credible plans and helping new engagements start well.
