About the Role
We partner with global enterprises to design and build the platforms that power the products and operations at the center of their business.
Your main focus will be business readiness and task management for the teams outside technology. You will take over the delivery plan, drive readiness across operational teams, coordinate regulatory and bank assurance activity, and keep a broad stakeholder group making decisions and moving on actions. At times, you will also work across tasks within small technology delivery teams.
What You'll Do
- Take over, create, and maintain the day-to-day delivery plan, RAID log, and reporting for the Financial Services workstreams.
- Help shape and direct plans for approvals and governance.
- Support bank and regulatory assurance activity, coordinating inputs, evidence, and timelines.
- Drive business readiness across non-technical teams, including operational processes, training, communications, and readiness checkpoints.
- Support staged cohort go-lives, including live proving and post-launch monitoring.
- Own reporting and tracking across the program, and support customer management activity.
- Manage a broad stakeholder group, helping them make decisions and keeping actions moving.
- Use AI assistants every day to draft status reports, stakeholder updates, plans, RAID logs, and readiness checklists, synthesize long policy and governance documents, and spot delivery risks early, applying your own judgment to finalize the output.
- Provide a clean handover to the permanent successor at the end of the engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
