About Us

Narwhal Labs is the company behind DeepBlue OS — an autonomous revenue infrastructure platform that enables any business to answer every call, follow up every lead, and log every interaction across Voice, SMS, Email and WhatsApp. As an NVIDIA Inception Program Member and Google Partner, we are a 25-person team with our platform launching in May 2026. We build the infrastructure layer for serious businesses that want enterprise-grade revenue operations at a fraction of traditional cost.

The Role

Are you a skilled Delivery Manager with the ability to support multiple software engineering teams and deliver in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for a new challenge in an expanding business that is at the curing edge of agentic ai? If so, this role could be just what you’re looking for!

We are recruiting for experienced Delivery Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic and cutting-edge team.

You will be joining a young and dynamic team in our offices in Bristol. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a “Can Do” attitude.

Skills and Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Plan Definitions and Delivery: Across one or more engineering teams.
  • Ownership of Delivery Commitment: To the business.
  • Gathering Delivery Timescales: Either through working directly with the customer, business stakeholders, and other Delivery Managers.
  • Coaching Teams: To be predictable, sustainable, value driven, and flexible.
  • Support the Team: By collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the team has clarity on vision and goals.
  • Maintaining Team Focus: On committed goals, by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and risks.
  • Cross-Organizational Collaboration: To help teams overcome obstacles and deliver the best value against constraints.
  • Reporting on Team Progress: Towards goals, managing expectations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Developing self-sufficient agile teams.
  • Tracking Metrics: For delivery performance identifying problems where they occur.
  • Communication with Stakeholders: Coordinating with other Delivery Managers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Agile Team Collaboration: To deliver increments of value to production and ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Work as Part of a Trio: Alongside engineering and product to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes.
  • Functional Deliverables or Workstreams: May lead functional deliverables or workstreams.
  • Delivery Excellence Activities: Participates in wider delivery excellence activities, ensuring we continually evolve our delivery management practices.
  • Recruitment Participation: May participate in recruitment within the delivery discipline.
  • Production of Collateral/Artefacts: Produce other required collateral/artefacts such as release notes, reporting, and training documents.
  • Collaboration with Shared Functions: Work with shared functions such as design and user experience.
  • Independence: Works independently identifying solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively and constructively, always looking for the best outcome for Narwhal and our customers.
  • Trustworthiness and Dependability: Trustworthy and dependable, does what they say when they say they will.
  • Living and Breathing Values: Lives and breathes all of Narwhal’s values.

Experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience of cultivating high performing teams utilising Agile techniques.
  • Delivered technical/digital products, working within constraints, meeting outcomes, and driving business value.
  • Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience applying Agile principles into real-world practices.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration across functions and disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Delivery Manager.
  • Experience and knowledge of agile software development.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Degree or equivalent in a business or IT-related discipline or equivalent professional.
