Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager (Partner Implementation Enablement Lead) to join a leading software company based in the London or Munich area. As the Delivery Manager focusing on system implementation and service management, you will be responsible for ensuring the enablement and success of the company's implementation partners across the EU and US.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as Delivery Manager will be varied however key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Deliver onboarding programs and hands-on workshops for new implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain a partner certification program covering implementation, configuration, and technical deployment.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Enablement to design repeatable training programs and maintain an up-to-date partner knowledge base.
- Build processes to enable more partners to deliver implementations independently and collect feedback to improve enablement programs.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Delivery Manager (Partner Implementation Enablement Lead) we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Relevant degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Proven industry experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Enablement within enterprise SaaS or technical software delivery.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience creating enablement content such as playbooks, technical documentation, and training videos.
