Delivery Manager

Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 2 day per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £60,000

A growing, award-winning technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join its expanding team. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and delivering innovative digital solutions, the consultancy works with a diverse range of clients across both the private and public sectors.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of medium to large-scale client engagements from initiation through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects and programmes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, and strategic discussions
  • Support and coach delivery teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Drive best practices across Agile delivery and project governance
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams

Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering software or technology-focused projects in an Agile environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and project delivery plans
  • Budget management experience and good commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management tools
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Consultancy experience is highly desirable but not essential.
