🚀 Agile Delivery Manager | £70,000 | Milton Keynes | Hybrid

Synapri are currently recruiting for an Agile Delivery Manager to join a technology-focused organisation, working across a cloud platform domain team.

This is a genuinely hands-on delivery role, combining Project Management and Scrum Master responsibilities. You’ll take ownership of delivery planning, Agile ways of working, dependencies and incremental delivery across a technical engineering team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution
  • Work with Product and Value Stream teams to translate priorities into deliverable roadmaps
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
  • Coach and support technical teams in Agile ways of working
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
  • Participate in PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums
  • Oversee delivery through build, testing and release

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in Agile Delivery / Delivery Management / Scrum Master roles
  • Experience managing delivery across technical or cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams
  • SAFe / PI Planning / Value Stream experience is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
