Delivery Manager - Fixed Term Contract 12 Months

Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams and delivering technology change that makes a real impact?

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and inspire our software delivery teams, ensuring high-quality customer-focused solutions are delivered efficiently, at pace and at scale. You will have people management experience with this role having at least one direct report.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a collaborative, high-performing delivery team.
  • Planning and driving the successful delivery of technology change aligned to business objectives.
  • Creating an empowered environment where teams can thrive and continuously improve.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to shape solutions that deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Championing agile best practices to maximise efficiency, quality and team performance.
  • Acting as a key escalation point while promoting effective governance and risk management.

  • Proven experience leading software development or delivery teams within an agile environment.
  • A strong communicator who can influence, challenge and build relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to shape and drive business change from both a strategic and commercial perspective.
  • A passion for developing people, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience managing delivery performance, continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.
