Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong Program Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and workstreams.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support informed delivery decisions.
- Solid Communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Team Management capabilities, including coordination of cross-functional teams and fostering a supportive, high-performance culture.
- Consulting skills to understand client needs, propose effective solutions, and guide delivery best practices.

Knowledge of security clearance processes (SC/BPSS) and relevant compliance or governance standards is an advantage.
