AgileSource are seeking an experienced delivery professional with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex digital transformation programmes within public and private sector environments. Skilled in applying GDS Service Standards, Agile delivery methodologies, and user-centred design principles to drive successful outcomes. Experienced in leading Rainbow Teams, bringing together suppliers, digital specialists, business stakeholders, and operational teams to deliver value at pace while maintaining governance, risk management, and service quality.
Strong expertise in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, service transition, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. Passionate about building high-performing teams, enabling collaboration across organisational boundaries, and delivering measurable business benefits through modern digital services.

- Led multidisciplinary Agile teams delivering digital products and services through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
- Applied GDS Service Standards and supported successful service assessments.
- Managed delivery roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinated Rainbow Teams across multiple suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitated Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and demonstrations.
- Ensured alignment between technical delivery, business objectives, and user needs.
