Delivery Manager – Model Risk Management

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Manager – Model Risk Management.

As the Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the business implementation of QORE, the replacement for the Global Model Inventory System. The role works with Business Outcome Leads and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes, align strategic intent to delivery, track benefits through KPIs and metrics, and manage dependencies, risks and blockers in line with the Change Framework. It also drives Target Operating Model and process improvement impacts so outcomes are documented, tracked and realised with evidence and traceability.

A move across the business allows you to continue to access tailored professional development opportunities, and our fantastic benefits packages.

In this role you’ll:

  • Identify, agree and document business-approved strategic change outcomes with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Define scope boundaries, assumptions, dependencies and success criteria for complex initiatives.
  • Build and maintain outcome-specific roadmaps spanning products and value streams, including milestones, releases and dependencies.
  • Establish and maintain KPIs, baselines, targets and other outcome measures to evidence benefit realisation.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across business owners, product owners, IT leads, architects and analysts to sustain alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Manage cross-team and cross-value-stream dependencies, risks and issues, and remove impediments early to protect delivery and outcomes.
  • Facilitate AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and Target Operating Model impact assessment, converting findings into improvement actions and backlog items.
  • Engage architects early to align delivery to Future State Architecture, capture constraints and resolve cross-domain design dependencies.
  • Prepare governance materials, maintain decision-ready reporting and ensure actions and decisions are tracked to closure.
  • Maintain audit-ready delivery artefacts and coordinate required control, security, change and operational readiness evidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
