Delivery Manager – Central Nottingham / Hybrid

£72,000 - £80,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits

My client is a profitable and growing professional services business, who are looking to improve their delivery capability by bringing in an experienced Delivery Manager. You will have accountability for everything programme-related, leading a small team and acting as the senior delivery escalation point.

This is an execution-focused Delivery Manager, where you will have oversight for Project and Programme Management within the business. You will have a background in managing and leading teams, helping to create a culture of delivery excellence, enhancing the team’s capability and owning delivery assurance.

This is not a role managing £100m budgets and teams of 50 people. You will be a strategic thinker but really have a passion for getting stuck into delivery. The work in this role will be varied and could initially include more verticals within their case management system, development of new client solutions, re-evaluation of operational models across the board etc.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
