The Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support our Data Enablement function by driving the successful delivery of strategic Data Platform initiatives. The role will play a key part in demonstrating business value from ongoing Data Platform investments and ensuring Data & AI priorities are effectively translated into actionable delivery plans through SAFe Agile Planning Increments.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and leadership to align strategic objectives with execution and measurable outcomes.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of Data Enablement initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Support the development and refinement of business cases arising from ongoing Data Platform investments.
- Translate Data & AI strategic priorities into SAFe Agile Planning Increments (PIs) and delivery roadmaps.
- Drive planning, prioritization, and execution activities using Jira and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, data teams, architecture teams, and engineering squads.
- Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Track and communicate benefits realization and business outcomes from Data Platform initiatives.
- Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder management activities across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, product backlogs, and delivery commitments.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead within Data, Analytics, or AI environments.
- Strong understanding of Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data & AI transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within SAFe Agile frameworks and Planning Increment (PI) cycles.
- Hands-on experience managing delivery activities using Jira.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Strong planning, risk management, dependency management, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience building or contributing to business cases, benefits tracking, and value realization activities.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- SAFe Certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent).
- Agile delivery certifications (Scrum Master, AgilePM, Prince2 Agile, etc.).
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of modern cloud-based data platforms and data governance practices.
