Delivery Manager (Outside IR35)

Location: Remote (fully remote)

Industry: Technology Consultancy / Public Sector

Day Rate: £450 per day

Employment type: Contract (Outside IR35), running to end of year, with high chance of extension

Our client is an innovative technology consultancy that has just been awarded an exciting new piece of work with a public sector organisation. They specialise in the delivery of custom software solutions for private and public sector clients.

They're now looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join the same engagement, helping steer a multidisciplinary team through discovery, alpha, beta and live for a brand-new public sector digital service.

The Role

Working alongside user researchers, content designers, service designers, interaction designers and engineers, you'll own the delivery rhythm and health of the team, keeping things moving through fast-paced agile delivery while unblocking risks and dependencies as they come up. You'll be a key voice in shaping how this engagement runs from the ground up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
