About the Role

“Let's find your role.” The Delivery Planning Administrator is responsible for supporting the Delivery Operations Co-ordinator through a variety of system-based administrative tasks. In this role you will work closely with the Delivery team to manage data across multiple systems, respond to store queries and develop and maintain Excel-based reports that support planning and performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-orientated, tech-savvy and thrives in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Delivery Operations Co-Ordinator, this role will be responsible for supporting implementation and administrative system-based tasks to support delivering great service to our customers. There will be an element of On Call duties during the week and over the weekend with this role. Key responsibilities would include:

  • Implementation of van templates to support stores delivering to our customers
  • Day to Day administration of Help Desk and responding to store queries
  • Utilising data and reporting to aid in decision making
  • Maintain reporting to support the Delivery team in serving customers
