Sector: Construction Equipment

Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham - free onsite parking

Salary: Up to £36,000 + quarterly commission scheme + full benefits package inclusive of unlimited annual leave

Working Pattern: 40-hour week, hybrid working pattern 40% office hours

We are seeking a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Elite Consultancy brand. Collaborating with a successful team and an accomplished Business Development Director that boasts market share in this niche with 20 years servicing the international market, this role will centre on delivering talent for exclusive contingent and retained permanent assignments within the Construction Equipment sector.

We’re hiring due to continual growth, partnering with an enviable portfolio of clients ranging from global manufacturers and national dealers, to successful hire and rental businesses. We’re seeking a consultant that has cut their teeth in recruitment, looking to step their skills up to become the “go to” for our clients engineering, operational, and sales needs across the UK and internationally. The essential for us is a confident and competent recruiter who excels in managing a range of client accounts.

You’ll use advanced search techniques across multiple platforms, including social media, to identify and attract skilled professionals in engineering, senior operations, and sales. Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, you’ll work to deadlines and employ your negotiation skills to secure successful placements.

We are seeking individuals with some recruitment exposure, ideally within construction or technical sectors, although a strong recruitment process and work ethic are imperative. Excellent communication, candidate attraction, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a fast-paced workload and deliver to client expectations. If you’re eager to become the “go-to” consultant for specialist talent needs in the construction equipment industry, this is the perfect opportunity. Any language skills – (French/German) will be highly advantageous as we service global clients with bases across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
