Delivery Recruitment Consultant
Didsbury, Manchester
Salary:
- £27,200 basic
- £35–40k OTE Year 1
- £55–70k+ OTE Year 2

The Role:
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process from brief to offer, working in partnership with senior consultants and clients.
You will:
- Identify, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates in specialist markets
- Deliver against agreed hiring goals with pace and consistency
- Build strong, credible relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain structured, organised processes to ensure quality and compliance
- Develop deep market knowledge and become a trusted specialist
- Contribute to team performance and collective success

What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds — you might have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, or another fast-paced environment.
Sales experience is an advantage, but it is not essential.
