Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Overview
We are looking for driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultants at all levels to join our delivery team in Manchester, specialising in Space, Aerospace and Advanced Engineering recruitment across the UK, Europe and North America.
This is a delivery-focused position suited to someone who enjoys working within technically complex markets and building relationships with highly skilled candidates. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and delivering high-calibre talent across specialist engineering and technology assignments.
Our preference is for someone with experience recruiting within Space or Aerospace, although strong recruiters from wider engineering disciplines will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage specialist candidates across Space, Aerospace and Engineering using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking and targeted research.
- Manage recruitment delivery across permanent assignments from initial sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Conduct detailed candidate conversations to understand technical experience, career drivers and suitability.
- Build and maintain specialist talent pipelines across engineering disciplines and technical markets.
- Develop a strong understanding of the companies, technologies, skills and talent pools within your market.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support offer management, negotiation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate and activity records within the CRM/ATS.
- Contribute market insight, candidate intelligence and sourcing strategies to improve delivery performance.
- Provide a high standard of candidate care throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience within Space, Aerospace, Engineering or another technically specialised market.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability, particularly across hard-to-find technical talent.
- The ability to understand and discuss technical backgrounds without needing to be an engineer yourself.
- A proactive, research-led approach to recruitment and talent mapping.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work to deadlines and delivery targets.
- A genuine interest in technology, engineering and emerging industries.
