Delivery Recruitment Consultant

Didsbury, Manchester

£27,200 basic | £35–40k OTE Year 1 | £55–70k+ OTE Year 2

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will:

  • Identify and engage talented professionals in specialist markets
  • Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
  • Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant
  • Develop strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
