The Opportunity

We are looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys candidate management, delivery and building relationships, and is looking to develop their career within specialist technical recruitment.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience placing blue collar or white collar professionals into the construction or engineering sectors and will work alongside experienced consultants supporting key client accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source and engage high quality candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Qualify candidate skills, experience and career aspirations.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Work closely with senior consultants to deliver on live vacancies.
  • Develop market knowledge within your specialist sector.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within construction or engineering.
  • Experience recruiting blue collar or white collar professionals is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and resilient approach.
  • Ambition to develop a long-term career in recruitment.
