Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Robotics | Delivery Focus
Manchester | Hybrid
If you’re a recruiter who loves delivery, this is the kind of role that’s hard to come by.
I’m working with a specialist recruitment business whose US robotics team has more work than it can currently cover. They have established clients, open retained assignments and someone in the team focused on winning new business. They need an experienced recruiter to take ownership of the delivery.
You’ll recruit software and engineering talent for robotics businesses across the US, mainly in Boston and San Francisco. The average fee is around $35k, and the team has a presence on the ground in Boston.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You don’t need to know the robotics market already. What matters is that you’re good at delivery, can manage specialist searches and enjoy getting under the skin of a new market.
Around three years’ recruitment experience would be ideal, but they’re open to someone with less experience who has the results to back it up.
The team generally works later hours to align with US clients, typically finishing around 7pm during the week. If you’d like to hear more about the role and package, drop me a message.
