We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, identifying top talent, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and be motivated by both personal and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop a strong understanding of your market, clients, and candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Work towards individual and team targets in a high-performance, results-driven environment
- Keep up to date with market trends and developments within your specialist sector
- Continuously develop your recruitment, sales, and industry knowledge through our academy training programme

What We’re Looking For:
- A few years' experience preferred
- A confident, motivated, and commercially minded approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to succeed
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- A willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of your career
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performance culture
