ECMS Senior Delivery Consultant – Client Delivery & Engagement Management

Location: London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Delivery Director
Business Unit: ECMS – Advisory & Managed Solutions

About ECMS

ECMS is the advisory and managed solutions arm of Eames Group, helping insurance and financial services organisations deliver complex change, transformation, technology, data and operational improvement initiatives. We combine deep industry expertise, outcome-focused delivery and access to the top 1% of specialist talent to help clients achieve measurable business results.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to support the successful mobilisation, deployment and ongoing management of client engagements across the insurance and financial services market.

The Role

The Senior Delivery Consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of ECMS engagements, from understanding client requirements and shaping delivery teams through to consultant deployment, engagement oversight and successful completion.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, Eames Consulting and ECMS leadership to ensure engagements are appropriately resourced, effectively mobilised and delivering against client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in transformation, change, technology or consulting delivery who enjoys working with both clients and consultants to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement Management

  • Support clients in translating delivery requirements into team structures.
  • Understand project, programme and operational delivery objectives to identify appropriate delivery approaches.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Ensure client expectations, priorities and concerns are proactively managed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
