At NHS Property Services, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a meaningful impact. As part of our mission to Get, Grow, and Keep Great People, we’re continuing to strengthen the way we deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant services across our estate.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused Delivery Support Coordinator – Compliance. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and supporting large-scale operational delivery that truly makes a difference to NHS colleagues and patients.

About the Role

As a Delivery Support Coordinator – Compliance, you will play a central role in supporting our national Delivery team to ensure accurate, high-quality compliance data and the smooth operation of key Hard FM compliance activities. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the flow of essential information, monitoring performance against SLAs, and helping the team identify and address issues before they escalate. A key aspect of your role will involve managing the jeopardy process for non-connected supplier work, ensuring tasks are monitored, chased, and resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain service excellence for our customers. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the confidence to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across a matrix management environment.

Who You Are

You are a detail-driven, organised coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. You bring curiosity, initiative, and pride in getting things right first time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Hard FM compliance activities by maintaining accurate data, evidence, and documentation to NHSPS quality standards.
  • Monitoring performance, tracking SLA delivery, and highlighting any deviations to the national Delivery team to support early intervention and improvement.
  • Managing jeopardy processes for non-connected supplier work, ensuring tasks are progressed, escalated, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating multiple activities simultaneously and ensuring all administrative processes are followed consistently.
  • Using CAFM and workflow systems to manage tasks, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Preparing reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of compliance processes.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships across Delivery, Hard FM, and wider operational teams.
  • Supporting change activity and new process implementation where required.
  • Upskill colleagues by developing and delivering environmental training.
  • Manage third-party vendors, ensuring timely delivery of work and achievement of project milestones.
  • Undertake any compliance-related tasks or projects delegated by the Senior Environmental Compliance Manager.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
