This is a brilliant opportunity to build a career in project delivery within a fast-moving Managed Services business. You will sit at the heart of our End User Support team, keeping customer engagements running smoothly from the moment a deal is won through to successful closure. If you are highly organised, enjoy bringing order to complex work and want a genuine path into project coordination, this role gives you the exposure, ownership and support to get there. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers, architects and operational leaders, learning how great delivery happens while making a real impact from day one.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of coordination, scheduling and delivery support across a range of customer engagements, keeping things on track and everyone informed.
- Own the delivery of small, low complexity projects and moves, adds and changes (MACs) end to end, using our in house PSA tool and the ITO Professional Services framework.
- Support the wider delivery team on key engagements by taking on coordination and administrative tasks, freeing them to focus on the big delivery decisions.
- Help capture scope, assumptions and costs during solution handover, working with Presales and Account teams to turn these into a clear, delivery ready project definition.
- Own and maintain operational rotas for the Service Desk and wider End User Support functions, making sure the right people are in place to meet customer and service needs.
- Coordinate rota changes such as leave, training, shift swaps and absence, working with managers and team leaders to keep coverage gaps to a minimum.
- Track consultant allocation, utilisation and forecasts against project plans, flagging capacity gaps and coverage risks to the right people early.
- Support financial administration, including accurate time recording, milestone tracking and invoicing in line with customer contract terms.
- Grow your skills alongside Project Managers and senior colleagues, with a clear view towards progressing into a Project Coordinator role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
